ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಶೇ 70.22ರಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಶೇ 63.56ರಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೊಸಬರಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ 68.77ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ 6.66ರಷ್ಟು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಸಾಲಿನ ಎಸ್ಸೆಸ್ಸೆಲ್ಸಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಕುಸಿದಿದ್ದು, ಶೇ 63.56ರಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಬಾರಿಯೂ ನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲುಗೈ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಶೇ 70.22ರಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಶೇ 63.56ರಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೊಸಬರಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ 68.77ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ 6.66ರಷ್ಟು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಂದರೆ 619 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಮೂವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪುನರಾವರ್ತಿತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ 21.56ರಷ್ಟು ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಖಾಸಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ 07.26ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ. 86 ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೂನ್ಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾವಾರು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದಲ್ಲೂ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಏರು-ಪೇರುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.

ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಎಸ್ಸೆಸ್ಸೆಲ್ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಗುರುವಾರ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 2 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಶಾಲಾ-ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 7 ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರ ಹೆಗಡೆ ಕಾಗೇರಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ಬಾಲಕರಿಗಿಂತ, ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಚಿಕ್ಕೋಡಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಬೀದರ್ ಕೊನೆಯ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ 22ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಎರಡನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಏರುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಚ್ಚರಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ ಎರಡನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಈ ಸಲ ಮೂರನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.

ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಈ ಬಾರಿ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಈ ಸಲ ಎಂಟನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. 10ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಗದಗ ಈ ಸಲ 33ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಸಿದಿದೆ.

ನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ 65.33ರಷ್ಟು ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ 67.88ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದ 8,20,778 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ 5,21,658 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪಾಸಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬಾಲಕರ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ 59.69ರಷ್ಟು ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ 67.98ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ/ಪಂಗಡದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಕ್ಕಿಂತ ತುಂಬಾ ಕಡಿಮೆ. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಶೇ 56.93ರಷ್ಟು ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಶೇ 57.76ರಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1ರ ಶೇ 63.28ರಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಶೇ 70.14ರಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇಲ್ಲೂ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರು ಮೇಲುಗೈ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಸ್ತುನಿಷ್ಠ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಇರುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಆದರೆ ಈ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಸ್ವರೂಪ ಬದಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಶೇ 75ರಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿವರಣೆ ರೂಪದ ಉತ್ತರಗಳನ್ನು ಬರೆಯುವ ಹೊಸ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಕುಸಿತಕ್ಕೆ ಇದು ಸಹ ಕಾರಣ ಇರಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಶೇ 100ರಷ್ಟು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ: 814 ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 100ರಷ್ಟು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 155. ಖಾಸಗಿ ಅನುದಾನರಹಿತ 608 ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅನುದಾನಿತ 51 ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಶೇ 100ರಷ್ಟು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಗಳಿಸಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಬೀದರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾದಗಿರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಶಾಲೆಯೂ 100ರಷ್ಟು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಗಳಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ 827 ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 100ರಷ್ಟು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬಂದಿತ್ತು.

ಪ್ರಥಮ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 285, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 17, ತೃತೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 59, ಗಣಿತದಲ್ಲಿ 127, ವಿಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿ 27 ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮಾಜ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿ 41 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು 100ಕ್ಕೆ 100ರಷ್ಟು ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಶೂನ್ಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ: ಒಟ್ಟು 86 ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೂನ್ಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿವೆ. ಏಳು ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಉಳಿದವು ಅನುದಾನರಹಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ 35 ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೂನ್ಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಏನು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಕಾಗೇರಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗಣನೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ 63.31, ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 68.80 ಹಾಗೂ ಅನುದಾನರಹಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 77.57ರಷ್ಟು ಇದೆ.

ಶೇ 80ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ: 968 ಅನುದಾನಿತ, 1,434 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ 2,241 ಅನುದಾನರಹಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 80ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬಂದಿದೆ. 384 ಅನುದಾನಿತ, 550 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು 557 ಅನುದಾನರಹಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 40ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬಂದಿದೆ.

Prime Minister’s Address to the Nation on The Fundamental Right of Children to Elementary Education

Following is the text of the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh’s Address to the Nation on The Fundamental Right of Children to Elementary Education:

“About a hundred years ago a great son of India, Gopal Krishna Gokhale, urged the Imperial Legislative Assembly to confer on the Indian people the Right to Education.

About ninety years later the Constitution of India was amended to enshrine the Right to Education as a fundamental right.

Today, our Government comes before you to redeem the pledge of giving all our children the right to elementary education. The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, enacted by Parliament in August 2009, has come into force today.

The Fundamental Right to Education, as incorporated in our Constitution under Article 21 A, has also become operative from today. This demonstrates our national commitment to the education of our children and to the future of India.

We are a Nation of young people. The health, education and creative abilities of our children and young people will determine the wellbeing and strength of our Nation.

Education is the key to progress. It empowers the individual. It enables a nation.

It is the belief of our government that if we nurture our children and young people with the right education, India’s future as a strong and prosperous country is secure.

We are committed to ensuring that all children, irrespective of gender and social category, have access to education. An education that enables them to acquire the skills, knowledge, values and attitudes necessary to become responsible and active citizens of India.

To realise the Right to Education the government at the Centre, in the States and Union Territories, and at the district and village level must work together as part of a common national endeavour. I call upon all the State Governments to join in this national effort with full resolve and determination. Our government, in partnership with the State governments will ensure that financial constraints do not hamper the implementation of the Right to Education Act.

The success of any educational endeavour is based on the ability and motivation of teachers. The implementation of the Right to Education is no exception. I call upon all our teachers across the country to become partners in this effort. It is also incumbent upon all of us to work together to improve the working conditions of our teachers and enable them to teach with dignity, giving full expression to their talent and creativity.

Parents and guardians too have a critical role to play having been assigned school management responsibilities under the Act.

The needs of every disadvantaged section of our society, particularly girls, dalits, adivasis and minorities must be of particular focus as we implement this Act.

I was born to a family of modest means. In my childhood I had to walk a long distance to go to school. I read under the dim light of a kerosene lamp. I am what I am today because of education.

I want every Indian child, girl and boy, to be so touched by the light of education. I want every Indian to dream of a better future and live that dream.

Let us together pledge this Act to the children of India. To our young men and women. To the future of our Nation.”

ಹದಿಹರೆಯದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡಬೇಕೇ? ಬೇಡವೇ? ಎನ್ನುವ ಬಿಸಿಬಿಸಿಯಾದ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪ್ರಥಮಬಾರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾನೂನು ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕಾನೂನು ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಆಂದೋಲನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ, ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಟೀನ್ ಇನ್ ಲಾ ಎಂಬ ಹದಿವಯಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಆಡಳಿತವನ್ನು ಮನದಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವ ವಿನೂತನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು, ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾನೂನು ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು, ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಇವರ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ, ಜಾರಿಯ ರೂಪುರೇಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಕಳೆದ ಜುಲೈ 11ರಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಮುಖ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾನೂನು ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಪೋಷಕರಾದ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಪಿ. ಡಿ. ದಿನಕರನ್‌ರವರು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಉದ್ಫಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ಉಚ್ಚನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರುಗಳಾದ ಅಶೋಕ್ ಬಿ. ಹಿಂಚಿಗೇರಿ, ಎಚ್. ಭಿಲ್ಲಪ್ಪ, ಎಲ್. ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿಯವರು ಮತ್ತು ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸತ್ರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು, ಕಾನೂನು ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಆಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಎಂ.ಎ. ಶಶಿಕಲಾ ಅವರು ಈ ಕಾನೂನು ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಆಂದೋಲನದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

ಹದಿಹರೆಯದ ಸಮೂಹಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತುಂಬುವ, ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಅರಿವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅಣತಿ, ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ 318 ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು 108 ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಒಟ್ಟು 78,794 ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ತಿಳಿವಳಿಕೆ ದೊರೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ Intensive Legal Literacy Campaign (ಇಂಟೆನ್ಸಿವ್ ಲೀಗಲ್ ಲಿಟರಸಿ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪೇನ್) ಎಂಬ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಅಡಿ, ಇದೇ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 17ರಿಂದ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 16ರವರೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳ ಕಾಲ, ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ 45 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯ, ಒಟ್ಟು 10 ಕಾನೂನು ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು, ಸರಳವಾಗಿ, ಬೋಧನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ.

ಟೀನ್-ಇನ್-ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿರಿಯೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಐಮಂಗಲ ಹೋಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೂನ್ 27ರಂದು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದೇ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 4ರಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ 22 ಹೋಬಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ತರಬೇತಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳು, ಮಹಿಳೆ - ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ, ದುಡಿಯುವ ಮಹಿಳೆ, ಬಾಲ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು, ಹಿಂದು ಮಹಿಳೆ - ಆಸ್ತಿ ಹಕ್ಕು, ಹಿಂದುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಾಹ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಚ್ಛೇದನ, ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಾಹ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಚ್ಛೇದನ, ಕ್ರಿಶ್ಚಿಯನ್ನರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಾಹ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಚ್ಛೇದನ, ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ಚಾಲನೆ, ನೊಂದಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಮೆ, ಮುಷ್ಕರ, ದಸ್ತಗಿರಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳು, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಖಾತರಿ ಯೋಜನೆ-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಇವೇ ಮೊದಲಾದ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಟೀನ್-ಇನ್-ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧವಾದ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಕೈಪಿಡಿಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಹೊರತರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 17ರಂದು ಪೂರ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (ಪ್ರಿ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್), ನಂತರ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳು ಬೋಧನೆ, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 16ರಂದು ಕಲಿಕಾ ಖಾತ್ರಿಯ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಟೀನ್-ಇನ್-ಲಾ ದಂತಹ ವಿನೂತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವುದಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ ಇವೇ ವಿಷಯಗಳು ಅವರ ಪಠ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದಾಗ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳು ಎದುರಾದಾಗ, ಕಾನೂನು ತೊಡಕುಗಳು ತಲೆದೋರಿದಾಗ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ನೆರವು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಹಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಟೀನ್-ಇನ್-ಲಾ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಯುವಜನರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪುವಂತಾಗಲಿ.

ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಕೆಲಸ. ಮೊದಲು ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಅರಿವು ಕೊಡಿ. ಯಾಕಂದ್ರೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಗಂಡಂದಿರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಮನೆಯ ಗಂಡಸರಿಂದ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
